Limited warranty for wolverine brass products

Professional Plumbing Group, Inc., doing business as WOLVERINE BRASS ('WOLVERINE BRASS') warrants that its WOLVERINE BRASS brand products below are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the warranty periods provided below. WOLVERINE BRASS warrants to its end user purchasers only ('Buyer') that goods purchased from WOLVERINE BRASS or a WOLVERINE BRASS authorized seller in the United States are sold free from defects in materials and workmanship and conform to WOLVERINE BRASS’s specifications at the time of manufacturing, provided the goods are properly installed and maintained. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is not transferable to another person.

Fittings (copper)	Limited warranty for 50 years from date of purchase *This limited warranty does not apply, and you do not have a right of reimbursement if the product failure or resulting damage is caused by exposure to harmful, unauthorized, or unanticipated chemicals or substances or corrosive water conditions.
Fittings (PVC)	Limited warranty for 5 years from date of purchase
Lawn Faucets/Sillcocks, soap dispensers, sump pumps	Limited warranty for 3 years from date of purchase
Bathroom faucets, bathroom accessories, kitchen faucets, shower heads, shower valves, ceramic disc cartridges	Limited warranty for lifetime from date of purchase

WOLVERINE BRASS product finishes have a limited warranty period of 25 years from the date of purchase, except for Oil Rubbed Bronze and Matte Black finishes, which have a limited warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase. Finish limited warranty is not covered if finish is exposed to extreme use of cleaners containing abrasives and alcohol, extreme cleaning, extreme chemical use,or any damage due to abuse or neglect.

Because WOLVERINE BRASS cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from WOLVERINE BRASS or a WOLVERINE BRASS authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. WOLVERINE BRASS reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any goods that may prove to be defective within the warranty period and covered by this warranty shall be, at WOLVERINE BRASS’s sole option, the repair or replacement of the defective goods. WOLVERINE BRASS reserves the right to refund the purchase price of such a product in the event WOLVERINE BRASS is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made.

Purchasers of WOLVERINE BRASS products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should contact WOLVERINE BRASS; purchasers can contact WOLVERINE BRASS’s customer service team by emailing customerservice@plumbmaster.com. When making a warranty claim, you will be required to provide a copy of your proof of purchase showing when and where you purchased the product, along with, as applicable, your order number, and a description of the issue with your WOLVERINE BRASS product. WOLVERINE BRASS reserves the right to require that you mail your product to WOLVERINE BRASS for further review of the product’s defect.

THE ABOVE WARRANTIES CONTAIN THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY WOLVERINE BRASS AND THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE STATED HEREIN. ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTIES ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO BUYER. BUYER AGREES THAT WOLVERINE BRASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER THE THEORY BE BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR BREACH OF CONTRACT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
