Online bill payment is now available on PlumbMaster.com. Account-holders can now access and pay invoices online with most major credit cards and bank accounts. To access online bill pay, sign-in to your PlumbMaster.com account, click My Account then the Pay Invoices button. Powered by the security of BillTrust.
Online Bill Pay Features:
Pay bills/individual invoices
Pay Account/statements
Print invoices and statements
Download invoices and Statements
Pay Bills/individual invoices: Click on the Pay bills and a your open invoices will pull up. Click the invoices you want to pay, Click on Payment Details and put in your preferred method of payment. Make sure you put in an email address and check to get a receipt. Follow the instructions to Authorize the payment and get your Confirmation and receipt.
Pay Account/statements: Click on the Pay Account button and follow the above instructions.
Make a One Time Payment: To pay a flat amount without choosing specific invoices: follow the Pay Bills above but choose the Make A One Time Payment option and follow the prompts.
How to Dispute or Make a Note on an Invoice: Click on the Dispute a bill icon on the specific invoice line and follow the prompts.
Set up Auto Pay: For reoccurring payments click on the Edit link and click on the Auto-Pay Settings, follow the prompts.
Download and Print invoices and Statements: from the Open or Closed tabs click the box or boxes on the invoice line that you need then click on the Download or Print buttons at the top and follow the prompts to get copies of invoices and statements.
Payment History: Click on the Payment History tab to see scheduled, cancelled or completed payments. From this section you can Modify or Cancel payments as well as see Payment Details. Just follow the prompts.
You are in full control of your Online Bill Pay site. You are able to change your passwords, payment, notifications and other administrator functions.
